To file a complaint, please submit your complaint by e-mail to: office@amstrade.eu, or by regular mail to: AMS TRADE, ul. Panewnicka 212 lok. 7, 40-772 Katowice.
Regardless of its form, your complaint must include:
Complainant’s details (name and surname / company name, address, contact phone number).
Information regarding the subject matter of the complaint (device name and model, serial number, date of purchase and a description of the reason for complaint).
Note:
Only latent defects attributable to the manufacturer may be subject to complaint.
Products are offered with different warranty periods. Please check the warranty period granted for your purchased goods – the warranty period begins on the date of purchase of the product entered in the warranty card by the seller and confirmed by proof of purchase.
