Product trainings and start-up of Sino iCare pumps information
Once you submit your request for product training and start-up support, we will offer you the nearest date available from one of our technicians. We provide every medical entity that received Sino iCare products with one free product training per 30 pumps. Please indicate a well-considered training date where you can gather your personnel requiring training at the time indicated. Entities that need to start-up larger numbers of pumps may receive several training sessions (also to be conducted all in one day). Please specify whether you prefer the training to be conducted online (video call) or on your medical entity’s premises. We strive to provide you with the nearest possible dates for the training, however, they may be postponed due to other submissions made at the same time.
